A native of NYC, DJFolami relocated to Aspen, CO over 10 years ago.

Once upon a time, she ran a little club in the East Village of New York called Guernica, parlayed her love of music into planning and executing fabulous events.

Then she decided to take action and mix music herself.

After a decade long stint as the Music Supervisor of the country’s most exclusive private club- The Caribou Club, in Aspen, DJFolami decided to truly explore different types of music. She excels in playing up to 8 different genres of music in a given evening for the most discerning and diverse clientele in the world.
 

DJFolami or FOLAMS (her production moniker) has opened up for Z- Trip, KRS-One, Grandmaster Flash, J-Boogie, Brazilian Girls, Frederico Abeuele, Lyrics Born, India-Arie, Black Uhuru, Stephen Marley, Seun Kuti, Louis xiv, Danger Kitty, The Spazmatics, Mickey Avalon & Dirt Nasty, Thomas Gold, Joachim Garraud, Rob Garza (of Thievery Corporation), Anna Lunoe, the one and only PETE TONG and many more.
